Paula Asinof is a broadly experienced career management executive, authority on resumes, and founder of Yellow Brick Path, a career coaching and consulting firm. She has been a catalyst for accelerating or redirecting numerous careers as she works with individuals and companies to help successful executives and professionals move up or move on to their next career opportunities. With a focus on strategy, positioning, visibility, and high impact resumes and bios, clients appreciate the depth of her expertise that comes from "real world" executive experience in major corporations, career services, and executive search. Paula serves clients throughout the United States in-person and by telephone.
Paula is distinguished by her ability to identify, leverage, and develop talent. Throughout her career, she has helped clients, peers, and subordinates recognize their unique capabilities and position themselves as "A" players. She has a contagious enthusiasm and passionate belief in people that inspires them to become prouder, stronger, and more valuable contributors to their organizations. She has also led innovative initiatives to build top performing organizations with staying power.
In addition to founding Yellow Brick Path, Paula is a co-founder of Coach Academy Texas, a cutting-edge coach training program. Her background includes serving as Director of Career Services for Sanford-Brown Institute where she received the President's Leadership Award and ten years of executive search. Earlier, Paula held leadership positions in Information Technology and Finance with GTE (now Verizon), Rand McNally, Brunswick, and the Midwest Stock Exchange. Her career began at Laventhol & Horwath CPAs.
Paula holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MA from Columbia University and a BA from Washington University. She is an NLP Practitioner, a Certified NLP Coach (NLPC), and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has served on the Boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas/Dallas County and the Friends of the Katy Trail, an urban thoroughfare in Dallas. Paula has authored articles in the business and local press on career management and on the ever evolving job markets.

Mina Brown
is an experienced and insightful executive coach, career consultant, trainer and public speaker. As a former senior executive and CFO, she offers the
powerful combination of successful business leadership experience coupled with intuition, unflinching candor, and well-honed communication abilities. She works primarily with executives, professionals, and management teams in areas of leadership, communications, conflict, team effectiveness, and career management. She is a Certified NLP Coach (NLPC) and has numerous certifications in diagnostic instruments, learning tools, and other models, including: Kolbe Index®, Lominger 360° Assessment®, Conflict Lens®, and TDF Decision Styles Theory and Assessment Instrument®, among others. Mina is a longstanding member of International Coach Federation (ICF), CoachVille and a Founding Member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC). She has been the National Career Transitions Coach for 6 Figure Jobs.com for many years.
For more than 25 years, Mina provided operational and financial leadership for large successful public corporations. In recent years, she has worked extensively with leaders in the following industries: technology, telecommunications, automotive, financial services, venture-backed start ups, consumer products, and real estate management.
Prior to forming Positive Coaching Group, Mina held senior executive positions with Aviall, Inc., both as Chief Financial Officer and as SVP & General Manager of its Aerospace Division. Previously, she held corporate management positions with Ryder System and Amax, now a subsidiary of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. Mina started her career with Price Waterhouse.
Mina holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University, a BBA in accounting (with highest honors) from Eastern Kentucky University, and a CPA. She is also a poised, animated, and articulate public speaker. Mina has published several articles about leadership, financial management, careers, and other topics.
